The motorbike trial has been the sport of my life since I was very young.

When I first thought about the possibility of coping the emotion and beauty of riding a motorbike on a canvas, I thought it might be a bit irreverent to the art, Could I use a technique like oil painting only used on great art to paint trial scenes?

Looking back into the art story I could find that Monet had painted trains, the catalan Ramón Casas had painted bikes and cars. So I learnt that modernity can match very well with pictorial methods.

Thanks to practising trial myself I could reach to far and unusual places on the motorbike to do some sketching and photographs whenever I needed them in order to trustworthy capture the moment.

The trial has given me a lot of satisfaction and also my other hobby, the mountain trekking, both give me motivation to enjoy the painting.

On my work I intent to transmit the beauty of this sport that it is practised out doors in the middle of the nature, big rocks, water falls, colourful trees. They are captured in my canvas, to give light, colour and movement to my painting and to show that motorbikes and nature are perfectly compatible to become and excellent work of plastic art.
